Kelly works directly for partners Nicole Helmer, Esq. and Barbara J. King, Esq.
Originally from Connecticut, Kelly now resides in the Capital Region. Kelly received her Associate of Science degree in Advanced Paralegal Studies from Mildred-Elley College in April of 2008, and graduated with High Honors at a 4.0. Currently, she is attending Sage College of Albany and is working towards her Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Law and Government.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, she worked for a small downtown firm in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. Additionally, she worked as a Retail Manager for twelve years. Kelly brings to the firm an excellent customer service background and superior managerial skills.
Kelly is on the Board of Directors and Officers of the Capital Region Paralegal Association as Director of Student Affairs. She is also a member of The Humane Society of the United States, and the ASPCA.
