Julie C. Mann is a paralegal and legal assistant to the firm’s Managing Partner, Greg T. Rinckey.

Her role is to assist Mr. Rinckey in providing excellence to his clients in the legal field of Military Law and Family Law. Julie provides services such as research, document production, editing, scheduling, file management and trial preparation and often acts as a liaison for clients, opposing counsel and the Courts in an effort to maintain quality assurance.

Julie brings over ten years of legal support experience to the firm. Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, she served as a paralegal for a senior partner at a prominent Capital Region law firm in the areas of civil litigation and medical malpractice. Her prior work experience also includes general administrative assistance and schedule coordination.

Julie attended Bryant & Stratton College, where she graduated on the Dean’s List with an associate’s degree in paralegal studies. She is an active member of the Capital District Paralegal Association and continues her education by attending continuing legal education seminars.

Outside of the office, Julie is an active community member and has served as a volunteer youth leader for the past sixteen years. She is the proud mother of two daughters and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
