Julia is an associate with the firm's federal and private
employment divisions as well as a civil litigator.
Julia regularly deals with matters involving
federal and private employment discrimination. Julia also represents clients in
civil litigation cases.
Julia received her B.A. from the University of Virginia, with a double major in Foreign Affairs and Russian. She spent a semester abroad studying Russian language, literature and history in St. Petersburg, Russia.
After college, Julia earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. At Fordham, Julia received the Addison Metcalf prize for Labor Law and the Archibald R. Murray Award for Public Service. She also served as an Associate Editor for the Environmental Law Review. During law school, Julia worked as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office (S.D.N.Y.) and for a large general practice firm in Manhattan. She also interned for Target Corp., where she handled employment discrimination claims and employee relations issues.
Julia is a member of Albany Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce GenNEXT Council. In her spare time, she enjoys tennis, traveling, and hiking.
