As the firm continues to grow, Erika will focus on recruiting top talent for all Tully Rinckey PLLC locations. Her role will also include compliance, employee development, compensation and training, to name a few.

Erika joins us from First Data a large international Fortune 500 company where she managed Human Resources for a sizeable number of employees both on-site and across the country. As part of Erika’s role, she was responsible for employee relations, retention of employees, performance management, strategic staff planning, and employee development. Within the company, Erika developed a knowledge of the business and was valued as a strong HR business partner. She brings this exciting experience to the Tully Rinckey firm.

Erika has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Richmond where she graduated with dual majors in Psychology and Criminal Justice. While pursuing her degree, she was also involved in Neuroscience research. After college, Erika took a few months to backpack through Europe with friends.

Erika has a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a member of Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM) national and local chapters.
