Charlotte is the assistant to the firm’s founding partner, Mathew B. Tully.

In her role, Charlotte is responsible for providing administrative support and schedule coordination to Mr. Tully.

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Charlotte worked within the office support department of the law firm Whiteman Osterman and Hanna LLP. She assisted attorneys and the legal support staff with various administrative duties.

Charlotte is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in political science. Additionally, she holds a paralegal certification from Boston University.

Charlotte previously served as a mentor for Northeast Parent & Child Society and was involved in a Korean Culture camp for several years.

Originally from Round Lake, NY, Charlotte is a graduate of Shenendehowa High School. She currently lives in the Stockade District of Schenectady with her boyfriend and dog. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
