Constantine is an associate with the firm. He focuses his practice in
appellate advocacy, criminal defense, and family law.
Constantine is the primary
appeals attorney at Tully Rinckey PLLC. He also works within the
criminal defense division and the
family law
department. He is an experienced
custody lawyer as well as an attorney for the child, acting on the child’s best interest during custody proceedings.
Constantine graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sage College with a degree in Legal Studies. He then continued on to Albany Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor.
While in law school, Constantine was selected for Inns of Court and participated in the Moot Court Competition. He also took a one-year internship with the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office and acted as treasurer of the Italian American Law Student Association.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Constantine worked as a sole practitioner in the criminal and family law sectors as well as for a general practice firm in Saratoga, where he was involved in civil litigation.
Constantine is a retired member of the United States Navy. He spent over eight years on active duty and two more as a reservist. In his decade of service he was stationed in Virginia as well as Holy Loch in Scotland. He received two Good Conduct Medals while serving.
He is an active panelist with the American Bar Association’s Advisory Panel and he also holds membership in the New York State Bar Association and Saratoga County Bar Association. He also sits on the Saratoga County Law Guardian Panel.
Constantine lives in Mechanicville with his family and he is an active member of the New York State Elks’ Association. He uses his free time to act as umpire for both youth football and girl’s high school softball. He is also an assistant coach for the Saratoga Thunder girl’s travel softball league.
