Barbara provides legal and administrative support for the attorneys working in the Washington, D.C. office.

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Barbara served as a legal secretary/floater for Latham & Watkins for 17 years. She has a strong administrative and technical legal background in multiple practice areas with more than 25 years of legal experience.

Barbara is a life-long resident of Washington, D.C. She enjoys dancing, traveling, reading self help and health books and spending time with family and friends.
