Ariel has successfully litigated employment discrimination claims before the Merit Systems Protection Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Ariel has attended advanced seminars and provides exceptional legal services to clients seeking recourse in employment and litigation matters. Ariel has published her work concerning recent developments in employment discrimination matters and recently co-authored the chapter of a book concerning Veterans Housing Benefits with Founding Partner, Mathew B. Tully.
Ariel earned her Juris Doctor, with a concentration in International Law from Albany Law School, and her Bachelors Degree, magna cum laude, from New York University. Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Ariel worked with a general practice law firm in the Albany area, where she was involved in all facets of civil litigation.
During law school, Ariel regularly provided research assistance to a distinguished Administrative Law Judge in the Capitol Region. As an intern with the New York State Office of the State Comptroller, Ariel wrote draft legislation and was involved in several successful legislative outcomes. She was an avid moot court competitor, and received recognition for her performance during the Jessup International Moot Court Competition, and Senior Prize Trials.
In her spare time Ariel enjoys traveling and has lived abroad in Europe and the Middle East. Ariel speaks Hebrew, and is proficient in German and Japanese. Ariel remains an active member of the New York State and International Bar Associations.
