Murder Trial of Iraq “Fragging” Incident Begins on Tuesday in Fort Bragg

 

 What: The murder trial of the National Guardsman accused of what the military is calling the sole “fragging” incident in Iraq is scheduled to begin Tuesday, October 7 in Fort Bragg, NC. National Guard Staff Sergeant Alberto Martinez faces the death penalty for allegedly killing two National Guard officers, Captain Phillip Esposito and 1st Lieutenant Louis Allen, in Tikrit, Iraq. Martinez faces the death penalty if convicted.

Who: Former JAG attorney and Assistant United States Attorney Greg T. Rinckey is available for independent expert commentary and analysis on this unique case.
